How Shop for Me works
- Enter the items you want and the shop or shopping location you have in mind.
- Review the quotation, shopping details and delivery cost before confirming the request.
- Follow the order instructions and provide proof of payment when requested by the service.
- Keep your receipt and check your order updates while the driver shops and delivers.
Requests depend on participating or available shops, driver availability, item stock and distance. The final cost should be reviewed in the quote; do not assume every store or item is available.
Grocery delivery questions
Can I request shopping if I cannot visit a shop myself?
That is the purpose of Shop for Me. Submit the shopping list and details requested by the service, then review the quote and instructions before confirming.
How are shopping and delivery costs confirmed?
Review the quote provided for your specific request. Costs may depend on the items, shop, distance and availability. Do not assume a request is confirmed until you have followed the service's confirmation and payment instructions.
Can the driver guarantee every item will be in stock?
No. Item availability can change. Check the order instructions and communicate any substitutions or unavailable items through the process provided for your request.
Are named shops official Fletcha Eats partners?
Not necessarily. A store name may be used to explain where a customer wants shopping done. This does not mean the store officially operates, sponsors or endorses Fletcha Eats.
Local, independent service
Fletcha Eats is an independent delivery platform. Mentioning a national or local store as a shopping destination does not mean that store officially operates, sponsors or endorses Fletcha Eats.
